Horrible experience. I told the lady cutting my hair to leave my sideburns. What is the first thing she cut off... you guessed it, the sideburns. When I told her she was not supposed to do that she was aweful for the rest of the cut. I will not be back to this location and will never let Brandie get close to my head again with clippers or scissors. Incompetent!!!!!!
